Goal
When a Person's name is updated in HRMS by clicking the "Correct History" button, on CRM side a new name is added as Preferred and Primary as the PERSON_BASIC_SYNC message is not updating the existing name in CRM. Instead, a new row is added in the BO_NAME table.
