GP UK Invalid Year Value when running Global Payroll Off Cycle (Doc ID 1391331.1)

When attempting to run off cycle payrolls for GP UK the following error occurs.

17005, 681

Invalid Year value: %1. Element %2, Parent Element %3, Process List Element %4

Year cannot resolve to a value less than 1800. Date component element did not resolve to a valid value. The date element did not resolve.

Check element setup for both the Date element as well as its parent element under Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Elements > Supporting Elements (Date) and Payroll Elements (parent).
