When user changes the Business Unit on a Job Opening, the Job Code and other data items are cleared out. After attempting to re-enter the required data, one of several errors occurs:
Cannot change Job code/position on the job opening. (18176,6064).
There are already applicants attached to the Job Opening
Data being updated does not exist (18,4)
Data being added conflicts with existing data (18,2)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a Job Opening in Draft, Pending Approval or Open Status.
2. Change Business Unit then click save.
