IMPORTANT! This certified upgrade path is ONLY valid for the Financials/Supply Chain Management 8.8x to 9.1 Feature Pack 2 Upgrade. If you are upgrading your Staffing Front Office 8.8 database as well, or have licensed the Pay/Bill Management product, please see the PeopleSoft Enterprise Staffing Front Office 8.8 and FSCM 8.8x to FSCM 9.1 Feature Pack 2 Upgrade page for your upgrade instructions.
NOTE. This upgrade path is from a PeopleSoft release that is now on Sustaining Support. The last PeopleTools release this upgrade path was certified with is PeopleTools 8.52. If you have upgraded to PeopleTools 8.53 or higher, you will encounter upgrade issues. In that event, you will need to 1) upgrade to the latest available PeopleTools release and 2) use the Editing Instructions documentation (found on My Oracle Support Lifetime Support Policy for PeopleSoft Releases (Doc ID: 1348959.1) for this upgrade path to modify the application upgrade templates to work with the latest PeopleTools release. You will be responsible for resolving any issues encountered during the upgrade. The Oracle Upgrade Lab has services available to assist you with the upgrade, if desired.

This tool offers a simple way to determine the features developed between PeopleSoft releases to assist in your upgrade implementations.
This PeopleSoft upgrade is performed via PeopleSoft Change Assistant. Data conversion scripts for Application Engine and Change Assistant templates are needed to perform the upgrade. To prepare for your upgrade project, it is recommended that your project team becomes well versed in Application Engine and attends PeopleSoft Upgrade training.
