AM_BI_INTFC runs to success, but it does not generate INTFC_ID.
1. During an asset retirement with a bill creation,
2. Choose the value "exoneration" or "suspended" for VAT's customer exception type.
3. After having launched successfully AM_DEPR_CALC and AM_AMAEDIST,
4. I launch 'AM_BI_INTFC'
