On : 9.1 version, AP Integration
When attempting to run Payables Cost collection process (PC_AP_TO_PC), the following error occurs.

Process 13131 ABENDED at Step PC_AP_TO_PC.11000000.INSDISCT (SQL) -- RC = 805
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Prepaid Voucher for $1000
2. Create another Prepaid Voucher for $2000
3. Create Payment for the above 2 vouchers.
4. Create a regular voucher for $3000
5. Apply the Prepaid voucher to the regular vouchers
6. Post the vouchers.
7. Run the PC_AP_TO_PC cost collection process.
The PC chartfields on all the above vouchers are same when creating them. The process errors with the above message.
