When using the "Create" Action to create a new record through a CI (Component Interface) based Web Service or ExcelToCI the client application receives an error message when passing an invalid value for one of the properties. Below are two sample errors the client application may receive.
Web Service error
"158, 10732 PeopleSoftTargetConnector - The appserver may be down. Check Appserver URL or Domain Password."

ExcelToCI error
"Response text is not valid XML. Login data cleared".

Error occurred in routine: sendSOAPRequest_submitDB
"operation time out"
