Symptoms

Application & Version: PT 8.51.03/HCM 9.1

When sending synchronous message to a 3rd party, messages appear to be compressed or transformed into binary once they exceed 8k, but the schema and PeopleTools Options allow up to 10,000,000. Small messages with 1 or 2 transactions work fine, but the 3rd party receives garbled messages once three transactions are in the file. the message looks fine in IB (Integration Broker) Monitor.
