On : PeopleTools 8.51 version, Data Archive Manager

When attempting to run the "remove from history " during data archive process, by selecting
Row based processing options in Oracle platform,
the following error occurs.

Begin PSARCHIVE (142,105)

Archive ID = KC_DAPC, Archive Process = H, Batch Number = 748, Query = ,
Audit Row = Y, Restart = N (142,104)

Processing PSAPMSGPUBDATA (142,89)

SQL error. Function: SQL.Execute

Error Position: 173

Return: 936 - ORA-00936: missing expression

Statement: select
no,dataseqno,uncompmimedatalen,compmimedatalen,mimedatalong from
ps_kc_apmsgphd_h where WHERE PSARCH_ID = 'KC_DAPC' AND PSARCH_BATCHNUM = 748
