Symptoms

After applying CS 9 Bundle 24, a Peoplecode error is issued when trying to open any of the following components:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Admissions > Application Transaction Mgmt > Application Transactions.
  2. Search for any existing Temp Constituent ID.
  3. Attempt to open the component.

OR

  1. Navigate to Student Admissions > Application Transaction Mgmt > Constituent Staging (or Campus Community > Constituent Transaction Mgmt > Constituent Staging.
  2. Search for any existing Temp Constituent ID.
  3. Attempt to open the component.

OR

  1. Navigate to Campus Community > Personal Information > Participation Data > Accomplishments > Publications.
  2. Select an ID.
  3. Attempt to open the component.

OR

  1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Utilities > Service Operation Tester.
  2. For Service, enter SCC_USERREG; for Service Operation, enter SCC_USERREG_CREATEACCT.  Click Search.
  3. Paste or type the XML in the Input Message box.  Click the Invoke Operation button.
