As part of the OIM integration (Oracle Identity Manager) customers are following a document on setting up the OIM Peoplesoft connector. this document can be accessed through the following link :

Part of the Steps referenced in that set up show how to run the USER_PROFILE FullSync message to file in XML format.
In a few instances an issue arises where the USER_PROFILE message runs through to success but no file is written into the directory structure. Integration Broker set up seems to be correct and no errors show in the Application Server log files.
