ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When requesting an unofficial transcript in self service, the student gets a message that there is a hold on his/her records even though the student only has a positive service indicator.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the hold to only display if the student has a negative service indicator and transcript type is set up to obey service indicators.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into self service as a student.
2. Navigate to Student Center and select Unofficial Transcript from the drop down options.
3. View hold message.
