In FSCM 9.1 People Tools 8.51 systems times-out or keeps processing when trying to add/delete an activity for an project.

Replication Steps:
1. Navigate to Project Costing > Activity Definitions > Project Activities.
2. Open a Project.
3. Select the check box for the last activity available.
