Goal


1) What is the server architecture required for production and Non production environment for BDSS. Can single BDSS server be used to perform
the task required or does it need separate BDSS servers for Development, Test, Production instances.


2) Monitoring - If contact/calendar entry got deleted or did not get synchronized, how to check this issue and rectify as we cannot open
the traces and log everytime to find the root cause.


3) Where is audit history of changes to contacts/calendar maintained. How to know that who has changed a common shared contact,
how do we check the audit records.

4) Can we synchronize attachments(notes,memo, mail attachments as a part of calendar item created in outlook)to CRM calendar.
