Information in this document applies to any platform.
If an employee has more than one job record and uses the Pop Up box in Self Service (Self Service>Learning and Development>My Current Profile) the same information is displayed despite the information showing is for a terminated record.
1. Employee has two Active Job Data Records on the system
2. Employee goes to Self Service>Learning and Development>My Current Profile and clicks the active link to their name at the top of the page
3. Pop up box appears
4. Problem is that the information showing in the Pop Up box shows that some of the information is incorrect. e.g. their Manager information is from the terminated record is showing and the information should be from the employee's active primary record, with the correct Manager information from that record
