The Pick Confirm' Process (IN_FUL_PFB) Marks EIP Transactions in Error when the 'Allow Negative Inventory' Flag Is Off: "There is not enough available quantity in this location to perform the picking transaction" (Doc ID 1452225.1)

Symptoms

The 'Pick Confirm' process (IN_FUL_PFB) (navigation: SCM Integrations, Process Transactions, Inventory, Picking) marks EIP transactions in error with the below reason when:

1) the 'Allow Negative Inventory' check box is NOT selected at the Inventory Business Unit,

2) the Original Item or a Substitute Item has been selected during the creation of the EIP transaction with a Transaction Code of 301 (Pick Location) (navigation: SCM Integrations, Create Transactions, Inventory, Picking).
