E-WF: Generic Template Email Address Set To Sender = System, Results In Sender Being Notification Originator (Doc ID 1456922.1)

Symptoms

Custom Generic Notification Template has Sender = System, and resulting email is delivered from User that fired off transaction.
 
The User is sent as the Sender of email.
 
Expectation:The email should be sent from System, which is the SMTPSender value configured in Application Server confirguration file.
 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create Generic Template with Sender = System.
2. Navigate to fire off sending the email using the Generic Template.
3. Review resulting email.
