Badge Status is Updated as Inactive when Employee is Terminated

As a part of delivered code in HRMS 9.1 Bundle #8, if an employee is terminated then his/her badge status is getting updated as inactive, instead no new row is getting inserted in the badge record.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
1. Navigate to Main Menu--> Workforce Administration--> Personal Information--> Badge
2. Search for an active employee who has a Badge associated.
3. Terminate the Employee through Job Data (Main Menu--> Workforce Administration--> Job Information-->Job Data)
4. Notice that the badge details no longer show up online but has inactivated entry in the PS_BADGE_TBL table when checked through SQL.
