ETL 9.1: Mass Time Not Replacing Time When Holiday Time Is Submitted After Scheduled Time. (Doc ID 1460092.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Time Reporting

When report time through Mass Time with REG TRC and then report time again on the same date with Mass Time but changing thr TRC to HOL, the system does not replace the existing row, it will add a new row with the new TRC.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to Manager Self Service-> Time Management-> Report Time-> Mass Time
2. Report 8 hours for TRC REG and submit
3. Report again for the same date 8 hours but for TRC HOL and submit
4. Check the time reported, it has two rows one for REG and for HOL
