Goal
Users have discovered that the Load Time Process will not Load Time for an employee who is terminated, even if the DUR of the Time proceeds the termination date.
This is happening for Payable time that originated in Time and Labor or in Absence Management.
The Time ends up in RP (Rejected by Payroll) Status.
