Symptoms

Wrong Contract line num is  populating for prepaid utilization for given scenario.

Prepaid contract is picking wrong contract line number.

Expectation:
Utilization should not happen when wrong activity map in prepaid criteria as shown above.
The utilization is happening with wrong contract line number, even map wrong activity in prepaid criteria. Below are the replication steps.

Replication steps:
1. Create contracts with multiple rate type contract lines
2. Associate each contract line to different activities for the same project.
3. Add a couple for prepaid.
4. Assign each prepaid to a contract line but utilized to different activity id
  Contract line 1 assign to Activity CUSTOM1 but in the prepaid assign for contract line 2 for activity CUSTOM1
  Contract line 1 assign to Activity DESIGN but in the prepaid assign for contract line 1 for activity DESIGN
5. Complete the bill plan for prepaid by running CA_BI_INTFC and BIlling processes.
6. add some transactions for these activities to generate BIL rows
7. CA_BI_INTFC will generate UTL row but for mismatched contract line num
