Symptoms


Generate Query Offsets not populating PSTZOFFSET table. No errors.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. PeopleTools > Utilities > International > Time Zones.
2. Clicked on the ‘Generate Query Offsets’ button.
3. Entered a date range and hit OK
4. PSTZOFFSET table not populated as expected
