E-PIA: "Connection has Expired" When Using Bypass Signon or Third Party Single Signon (SSO)

After Upgrading to PT 8.52 users are getting the Peoplesoft Session Expired page instead of Actual page when they click on the link in email originally generated by using notify button.
Example: Users use notify button of Job Data page and send it to a user and it generates an email as below:

But when user clicks on the link, they are redirected to the PeopleSoft Session expired page instead of the Workforce admin page.

This is working in PT 8.50 correctly but not working in PT 8.52.08 and PT 8.51.17

DirectLink URL should take users to the Page Requested and Not the Expired Page
