Purpose
Questions and Answers
 In Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Establishment, Under Section C in the USA table, are the following fields (EEO-1 Minimum 100 Employees and EEO-1 Filed Previous Year) relating to the 'Company' as a whole or does it refer to the particular establishment?
 
Can you please advise on the detailed functionality of the fields? Is it relating to the specific establishment or the Company as a whole?
 When we refer to EEO-1 Minimum 100 employees, where is the value captured?  Is it Company or Establishments ?
 What reports sections are required by multi-establishment employers?
 If a new Establishment has been created under one of the company (company has been filed for last year), should "EEO-1 Filed Previous Year?" field be checked?

 If this Establishment does not have more than 100 employees to it but the Company to which it is attached, has more than 100 employees, should "EEO-1 Minimum 100 Employees" field be checked?

 Scenario: Suppose user have a company A, with establishment X & Y thru location in 2011 for A. In 2012, for company A, they have X, Y, Z establishments. So they want to file for A, how will Z be taken care for. In this do they check 'filed in previous year'. If so, the value in report PER016 gives 4 for establishment Z which would be wrong. If the field is not checked, the value for establishment X & Y will be 9 which is again wrong.  If one of the establishment Z in the company have less than 100 employee, and establishment X & Y have more than 100 employee, do they select EEO-1 Minimum 100 Employees?
 Are the fields referenced in the program PER016 in compliance with those provided by the government?
 What status should be used for EEO?
 
 How are the Consolidated Reports generated ?
