Symptoms
PeopleTools 8.50.11/ HCM 9.1
Intermittently the deadlock issue starts to happen and when it does it becomes continuous. Deadlock is happening on both a customized transaction (e.g. using CI_JOB_DATA to update data) and PS delivered Workforce Administration transaction. Happens also from batch processes. Issue seems to occur when the Workforce Profile module was being used frequently.
Error seen in appsrv log,
