Goal

The users are running the third-party transaction loader in Project Costing, PC_INTFEDIT. However, no rows are inserted into the PS_PROJ_RESOURCE table even though the user do have data in the PS_INTFC_PROJ_RES interface table. How to troubleshoot this issue?
