EPY: FLSA Calculation Issue When Overtime Hours of the Same Amount Are Repeated on Two Different Lines in the Same Pay Period

FLSA recalculation for prior period issue when overtime hours of the same
  number of hours are repeated in the same prior pay period.
  1. Employee receives overtime hours in period A. The employee has the same
  number of hours repeated twice. For example, there is PAY_OTH_EARNS line
  with 2 hours of overtime and there is a second line with an additional 2
  hours. In other words, the employee worked 4 hours overtime for the week,
  but the data was feed in on 2 different lines.
  2. The next payroll (period B) the employee receives earnings dollars for
  period A that causes a FLSA recalculation to be performed on period A. Both
  sets of 2 overtime hours are recalculated correctly. There are 4 total lines
  with 2 overtime hours (2 positives and 2 negatives).
  3. The 3rd week (period C) the employee receives a bonus for period A which
  causes another FLSA recalculation. Both sets of 2 overtime hours are
  recalculated correctly. The first 4 lines with 2 overtime hours are okay (2
  positives and 2 negatives). However, there is a 3rd set of 2 overtime hours
  (postive and negative) which is recalculating one of the two hour overtime
  entries using the contractual rate from the original check.
