Symptoms
Password Controls page, passwords and user ID's cannot be same
Bidder registration process will encounter error
The following errors need to be corrected
There were errors with the Component Interface USER_PROFILE.
Your password cannot be the same as your User ID. (48,37)
Error saving Component Interface. {USER_PROFILE} (91,37)
