Symptoms

After configuring Apache to use the WebLogic 11g Plug-in (previously called Plug-in Version 1.1), with SSL, the follow message is issued upon starting Apache:

 
2. Start Apache RPS and this message is displayed:
   (20014)Internal error: WL SSL Init failed for server: (null) on 0

3. Launch browser and attempt to access the PIA via Apache.
   The browser displays this message:
        Failure of server APACHE bridge:
        No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to off
   The messages, noted above, are logged to the proxy plug-in debug log and PIA_weblogic.log
