E-MCF: CRM UAD Console Error 'Multichannel Queue Server is not in Service. Please see System Administrator'

Symptoms

On : 8.51 version, Multi-Channel Framework (MCF)

On CRM UAD console, status is saying connecting and after some time the receives the message "Multichannel Queue Server is not in Service. Please see System Administrator".


The following error occurs in UQ server log.

ERROR

issue 1. PSUQSRV1.34799716 (0) [08/24/12 15:16:10](-1) (PSUQSRV1): Failed to find our entry in cluster table, do you need to configure?

issue 2.

UQSRV1_0130.LOG:
PSUQSRV1.5243382 (0) [01/30/13 07:44:26](1) (PSUQSRV1): Error retrieving REN server URL from database

MCFLOG1_0130.LOG
PSMCFLOG1.48300354 (0) [01/30/13 07:44:29](1) (PSMCFLOG1): Error retrieving REN server URL from database


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CRM application.
2. Start UAD console
3. Wait for Error to occur,
