When attempting to access the page at HCM Interface Registry, the following error occurs.


First Operand of . is NULL so cannot access member ItembyName (180, 236) HMCR_FRAMEWORK.Utilities.InterfaceRegistry.OnExecute Name: AddFolder PCPC: 7211 Statement: 131
called from HMCR_Framework.Utilities.InterfaceRegistry. OnExecute Name: LoadRegistryToFree Statement: 458 called from: HMCR_IFC_REGISTRY.GBL.PostBuild Statement: 8

The first operand of the dot Operator is the Null value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HRMS> System Administration > HCM Registry > Service Registry.
2. When click on HCM Registry, you get the above error.
