Symptoms


When attempting to access the page at HCM Interface Registry, the following error occurs.

The first operand of the dot Operator is the Null value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HRMS> System Administration > HCM Registry > Service Registry.
2. When click on HCM Registry, you get the above error.
