SALES CRM ORDER LOAD IB Messages Going To Timeout Status After Upgrade. (Doc ID 1488592.1)

Symptoms

SALES_CRM_ORDER_LOAD messages go to Timeout status after upgrade to FSCM 9.1 FP2, Peopletools 8.52.06 when REQ_ARRIVAL_DTTM values are present in the messages with tab's.

 
  Example:
  <REQ_ARRIVAL_DTTM>2012-08-31T05:00:00.000000-0500</REQ_ARRIVAL_DTTM>
 
This issue is not there on FSCM 9.0 MP11 environments.

 
Expected Behaviour
-----------------------
Message should not be timing out

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Activate CRM_SALES_ORDER / SALES_CRM_ORDER_LOAD between CRM 9.0 and FSCM 9.1.
2. Create an Order in CRM
3. Make sure there is at least 1 product added to the Order
4. Make sure Shipping Method of “FedEx Ground Guaranteed” is selected.
5. Click Advanced Options and set Arrival Date to any date in the future.
6. Save the order and click Submit.
7. Check Asynchronous Message Monitor and make sure the message is in Done status.
8. In FSCM, check Asynchronous Message Monitor
9. SALES_CRM_ORDER_LOAD goes to timeout.

Business Impact

Due to this issue, users have to go in and edit the xml and remove the tabs so that the xml can be processed correctly.
