"Interview Date, Time And Timezone Details Not Entered" Message When Creating Interview Schedule

"Interview date, time and timezone details not entered" message when creating interview schedule.
When adding interviews via Find Job Opening > Manage Applicants > Interview Schedule, user receives the following message and are unable to save the record:
Interview Date, Time and Timezone details not entered.
You need to enter the interview date, time and timezone details for an interview to be created successfully.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Job Opening
2) From Manage Applicants Tab, click Interview Schedule
3) From here, expand interview section for relevant applicant
4) Complete Interview date/time etc as per below
5) Click SUBMIT
6) Following error message appears and data does not save.
"Interview Date, Time and Timezone details not entered.
You need to enter the interview date, time and timezone details for an interview to be created successfully. "
Same message applies if you click Save for Later.
