E-AS: What Does "Service GetCertificate Completed" Mean In The APPSRV_MMDD.LOG?

The application server log file shows a "GetCertificate Completed"  that include an email address plus an ip address. This userid@ip address did not happen. What is the log file telling me for these lines?
