ETL 9.0: Manager Unable To Approve Overtime

When attempting to approve overtime,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an employee and navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Overtime Management > Overtime Request and report overtime
2. Then login as the approver and navigate to Main Menu > Manager Self Service > Overtime Management > Overtime Approval and approve time
3. Got the error
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approve the time and the employees will not get paid on time.
