Symptoms

Before Maintenance Pack 10 was applied attachments were working fine using PO_DISPATCH XMLP for e-mail dispatch in the UNIX environment but it was broken after applying MP10. Comparison between pre-MP10 and post-MP10, and found some differences.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Create PO with email as dispatch method
2) Dispatch PO using PO_DISPATCH XMLP in unix
