Tuition Calculation Criteria Does Not Use User Defined Valid Records And Valid Fields (Doc ID 1492932.1)

Goal

A new valid record and corresponding valid field have been entered at Setup SACR -> Product Related -> Student Financials -> Valid Records and Setup SACR -> Product Related -> Student Financials -> Valid Fields and then used that field in criteria setup.

Tuition is not getting calculated, as the student cannot be placed in a tuition group.  The tuition group criteria is built using the user defined Valid Field/Valid Record values.  Valid Fields/Valid Records are being added to the Setid = MODEL, and Table Set controls point to MODEL.

Why is the new valid record and valid field not being recognized by tuition calculation?
