A third-party software client is trying to use PeopleSoft Component Interfaces (CI).

The Jolt URL format, host and port are verified to be correct, and network connectivity from the client box to the app server box host and the JSL and JSH ports have been verified, too.

However each time the CI client is trying to connect to a running PeopleSoft application server, it gets errors such as the following:
