E-AWE: Reviewers For Approval Framework Workflow Processes Are Not Receiving Their Notification Messages. (Doc ID 1493229.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.1 Approval Framework Workflow (AWE)

Attempting to set up Reviewers for an Approval Process at the Step Level for an Approval Framework-based Workflow Process, and a Reviewer User List has been selected at the Approval Step Detail as required.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
When a transaction requiring Approval and Review is entered, the Approval Notification Message is successfully sent to the Approvers for that Step, but no Notification Message is sent to the Reviewers.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
If Reviewers have been properly set up for an Approval Step Level, they should receive Notification Messages when that Step executes.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Configure an Approval Framework (AWE) Workflow Process ID by navigating to:

    Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals >  Approval Process Setup.

2. On the selected Step, click the Detail link to specify a Reviewer User List.

3. Enter the transaction to invoke the Approval Process.

4. Note that the Approval Notification Message is successfully sent to the Approvers for the Step for which Reviewers have been specified, but no Notification Message is sent to the Reviewers.
