Email From Home Mailing Address In Employee Self Service is Not Sent

Upon clicking the save button in the Employee Self Service change of Home Mailing Address the confirmation page is displayed, but no email is sent to the originator or requestor.
The Roleuser By Roleuser Qry has been assigned to the requestor, however, the email is still not sent to the users.
