Symptoms
A checklist originally had three checklist items. A user created a new effective-dated row under Campus Community > Checklists > Set up Checklists > Checklist Table, and that version of the checklist only has two items. The status on the original row has been marked as inactive. Updated the Event Definition (under Campus Community > 3C Engine > Set Up 3C Engine > Event Definition) in the same manner - new effective-dated row and an inactive historical row. When the checklist is assigned via Campus Community > 3C Engine > Run 3C Engine, with the run control referencing the updated Event Definition, the process still assigns the outdated checklist with the three checklist items.
