E-FTP: Large File Uploads Cause User To Be Kicked Out, SVCTIMEOUT Error Message In Tuxedo Log (Doc ID 1495714.1)

Symptoms

Users uploading larger file attachments are receive errors after 10-15 minutes, and the upload fail.  User is kicked out to the login page with message "An error has occurred".

In the Tuxedo log on the Application Server, one sees a processing terminated error referring to SVCTIMEOUT:
