How do we turn on Grade Change Audits?

I've downloaded "PeopleSoft Student Records 9.0 PeopleBook" which says under prerequisites "To record the grade changes that the Grade Change Audit functionality audits, your IT team must first install and execute delivered SQL trigger files. See Supplemental Installation Guide link on the Campus Solutions 9.0 Documentation Home page on My Oracle Support (note ID 751540.1)". However, I cannot find "Grade Change Audit" or "SQL Trigger Files" in the document at all. So how do I go about turning on Grade Change Audit?
