View Content Item Details Button Not Available in Self Service > My Current Profile (Doc ID 1496216.1)

Symptoms

The View Content Item details button on Self Service > My Current Profile is not available. However, this button is visible on the Workforce Development > Profile Management > Profiles > Person Profiles page. This button should be available on Self Service also. This would maintain consistency on the pages and help the employees to know what the item detail is. This will ensure that they select the correct content item.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Workforce Development>Profile Management>Person Profiles>Add New Competencies
2. 'i' button is available to managers and employees.
3. Go to Manager Self Service>Learning and Development>Current Team Profiles or Self Service>Learning and Development>My Current Profile
4. No 'i' to view content item details
