E-AWE: After Upgrade From 9.0 to 9.1 Application Release, Approval Framework Worklist Links on Worklist Page Do Nothing OR Worklist Item Page Error Occurs "You Are Not Authorized For This Page" (Doc ID 1499091.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
After upgrade from FSCM 9.0 to FSCM 9.1, when Expense Report is submitted and Approval Framework (AWE) Worklist is generated. When link on worklist page clicked, nothing happens.  Or when Worklist is accessed the error Worklist Item Page Error Occurs "You Are Not Authorized For This Page"
 
 
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Nothing happens.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expected to be taken to the Expense Approval Page.
 
ENVIRONMENT
---------------
PeopleTools Version; 8.52.07
Application Release & Bundle: FSCM 9.1
Environment: Production
 
STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit an Expense Report, that has been Configured to notify participant via Worklist.
2. Log in as Approver, go to Worklist Link.
3. Hit the link for the respective Expense Report.
4. Observe nothing happens, staying on same page.
 
IMPACT
---------------
Unable to access Expense Approval via AWE Worklist link on the Worklist page.

WHAT WORKS
---------------
The Expense Approvals can be accessed via Self Service navigation.
