When attempting to add Work Experience with future start date the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Careers and apply for a Job Opening
2. Add Work Experience with future start date and enter Employer, Job End title and click on Save the above error message occurs.
