Symptoms

When User adds a new record for Injury Details (Workforce Monitoring>Health and Safety>Obtain Incident Information>Injury Details), after creating a new Incident (Workforce Monitoring>Health and Safety>Obtain Incident Information>Incident Details) for an incident for Regulatory Region ESP (Spain). Once the Value of PAT is selected under the Spanish Flag the system defaults the check box value for Relapse to checked

STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. Log into the system
2. Create new Incident (Workforce Monitoring>Health and Safety>Obtain Incident Information>Incident Details) for an incident for Regulatory Region ESP (Spain)
3. Go to Workforce Monitoring>Health and Safety>Obtain Incident Information>Injury Details
4. Add an Employee ID (as the employee injured in the incident)
5. Open the sub page under the Spanish Flag
6. Select PAT as the Incident Type
7. Note Relapse Check box is already checked

Since this is the first record of the Injury etc. it cannot be recorded as a relapse.
