EEX9.0/9.1: Duplicate Or No Notification Sent To Employees If EX_EMPNOTIFY Abends (Doc ID 1502709.1)

Symptoms

Expense Notification process abends and does not send email notifications to other employees if one of the employee has invalid email address.

Steps:
----------
1) Ensure that one of the employee has invalid or no email address.
2) Run the Employee Notification process for 'New Credit Card Transaction'.

Process sends email to some of the employees and then abends with following error and other employees with valid address did not get email notification:

No recipient defined on email message. (80,3)
Error when attempting to trigger Business Process / Event: EX_CC_LOAD / Send Email (67,2)
TriggerBusinessEvent failed for EX_CC_LOAD.EX_CC_LOAD_NOTIFY-Send Email. (2,302) EX_CC_NOTIFY_VW.EMPLID.Workflow PCPC:1655 Statement:12
Error saving Component Interface. {EX_CC_NOTIFY} (91,37)
Process 1280527 ABENDED at Step EX_CC_NOTIFY.NOTIFY.Process (PeopleCode) -- RC = ? (108,524)
Process %s ABENDED at Step %s.%s.%s (Action %s) -- RC = %s

3) Provide the missing or correct the invalid email address.
4) Run the process again.
 
Process sends email notification to employees who have already received notification in the first run.
