Under Setup HRMS > Product Related > Base Benefits > Plan Attributes > Leave Plan there is a checkbox that controls whether or not the employee's leave balances are visible on the View Paycheck. They need this same checkbox to be honored by the self service timesheet views as well. Currently with the this checkbox only functioning for employee self service view paycheck and not the timesheet, they cannot hide inaccurate balances during initial start each year. They have to do manual adjustments and work through the issues caused by the fact that leave accruals do not have a configurable plan start date.
