Mass Time is changing Punch End Field on unapproved reported time for punch type Meal (3)

The previous week time shouldn't be updated when Mass Time is running for the next week.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Timesheet updated by mass time for the week 10/8 - 10/14/12 and the time has been approved.
2. Make adjustment to the End Day punch on 10/12/12. Do not approve the change.
3. Run Mass time for the next week.
4) Go to the timesheet for the week of 10/8/12. The punch times and punch total look correct, but there is TLX01540 more then 24 hours per day exception for the day because the employees Meal punch got changed by the Mass Time program.

The field PUNCH_END was set to 10/15/12 5:00, which is the date that Mass Time was ran for and 5am is the begin time of the employees schedule.

The issue has the following business impact:
Users cannot approve reported time due high severity exception created in error.
